The Alliance Partnership is a one year program which seeks to connect caring organizations with survivors working to overcome obstacles. Through the integration of health relationships, professional development, and recovery programs, the Alliance Partnership seeks to foster new life.
In our program, "survivors" are individuals who have completed a formal recovery program and are dedicated to creating a self-sufficient future of health and productivity. Alliance Survivors may be overcoming a past disrupted by homelessness, addiction, or human trafficking. Survivors have made a 90 day commitment to enter Stage 1 of the Alliance Partnership program.
We recruit and train sponsors to walk alongside survivors as they go through the structured Alliance program. Mentors are instrumental in helping survivors develop a plan for their future and visualize a healthy life for themselves.
Alliance Partners are organizations and companies that understand the unique situations and stories of survivors. Partners provide workplace opportunities to aid in professional development of survivors.
