The Alliance Partnership is a one year program which seeks to connect caring organizations with survivors working to overcome obstacles. Through the integration of health relationships, professional development, and recovery programs, the Alliance Partnership seeks to foster new life.

OUR PROGRAM

Alliance Survivors

In our program, "survivors" are individuals who have completed a formal recovery program and are dedicated to creating a self-sufficient future of health and productivity. Alliance Survivors may be overcoming a past disrupted by homelessness, addiction, or human trafficking. Survivors have made a 90 day commitment to enter Stage 1 of the Alliance Partnership program.

Alliance Mentors

We recruit and train sponsors to walk alongside survivors as they go through the structured Alliance program. Mentors are instrumental in helping survivors develop a plan for their future and visualize a healthy life for themselves.

Alliance Partners

Alliance Partners are organizations and companies that understand the unique situations and stories of survivors. Partners provide workplace opportunities to aid in professional development of survivors.

Program Overview

Stage 1 - FIRST 90 DAYS

The Survivor's formal recovery program includes participation in weekly support group sessions, individual therapy, connecting with a mentor, and gaining professional development (contract work with an Alliance Partner). Survivors will become Graduates after the completion of their 90-day program.

Stage 2 - 9 MONTHS

Graduates continue their participation in support group and mentor sessions. They have the opportunity to apply for full-time probationary employment with an Alliance Partner. After completion of Stage 2, Graduates are given the opportunity to become Supervisors in the Alliance Program. Graduates who have completed Stage 2 are celebrated at the annual Launch Banquet.

Stage 3 - MOVING FORWARD

Supervisors have earned full time employment with an Alliance Partner. They have accepted the responsibility to assist and oversee Survivors in the workplace.
